All ages and abilities are encouraged to join local naturalists, Calvert County Parks and Recreation, and North Beach staff who will lead a relaxing and slow-paced morning of bird watching at the Chesapeake Beach Railway and Calvert County Birding Trail.

This time of year is peak migration for birds moving southward and the creek, marsh and surrounding forest will allow for optimal viewing of birds stopping over on their remarkable journeys.

Park in the Kellam's Field lot and make your way to the Railway Trail.  

Participants are welcome for all or part of the morning.  Just look for the group carrying binoculars and spotting scopes.

Bring your own binoculars if you have them!
