Kathy MacAdams is a Business Retention Specialist for Calvert County. She holds a B.S. degree in business management, M.S. in business from the University of Maryland, University College and a Master Economic Development Practitioner (MEDP) certificate from the Advanced Economic Development Leadership (AEDL) Program. Her experience stems from federal government analysis, business assistance and academic business teachings. In addition, Ms. MacAdams is certified in Import/Export and Business Consulting.
Nicole White, Business Development Specialist, serves as a business ombudsman overseeing development projects and promoting smart business growth opportunities within the county. Ms. White is a Maryland Economic Development Association (MEDA) member
