Zoom Room, Meeting Room 2

Hear directly from realtors, loan officers, home inspectors and financial advisors in a moderated panel designed to provide guidance and answer your questions. An informative panel sponsored by Calvert Concept (C4), Calvert Library and the Calvert NAACP.

Homeownership is often the largest purchase most people will make in their life. But there are many hidden costs associated with the cost of ownership. This discussion will cover what everyone needs to plan for to be able to keep a home after buying it. This is an opportunity to talk with a panel of experts on subjects like:

    • How to buy your first—or next—home with little or no down payment and other special opportunities
    • Understand mortgage options for all credit levels
    • Spot real value (not just curb appeal!)
    • Prepare for hidden and ongoing costs of homeownership
    • Budget and prepare for repairs, emergencies, and rising costs
    • Stay in your home through tough times

This program is co-sponsored between Calvert Library, C4 and the Calvert County chapter of the NAACP.

Calvert Library strives to make our events accessible to all. For access requests or questions, call 410-535-0291.
