Lotus Book Club (In-Person & Online)

"Cloud Cuckoo Land" by Anthony Doerr

Book discussion on the first Wednesday of every month hosted by Calvert Library Southern Branch and Lotus Kitchen, via Zoom and in-person in the meeting room at the Southern Branch. Please register to receive an emailed link to the discussion. The event begins at 6:30pm, but you may log in or arrive at the library as early as 6:00pm to chat. Registration closes at 6pm the day before the event.

Teen Book Box Pickup June 16 - 30 (SO) - Color Our World

It's the triumphant return of the Teen Book Box! During the summer, we will be checking out free boxes each month to teens who register. Inspired by subscription boxes like Loot Crate, each box will have a theme and contain a library book to borrow, a free book to keep, a fun activity, and a snack. Boxes can be picked up from June 16 to June 30. The theme for June is "Color Our World."
