Concerned about fake news? Learn how to spot it and stop it from spreading!

This interactive workshop will review the ways you can identify misinformation online. You’ll get hands-on practice using fact-checking sites to evaluate and debunk false news. Know what's really happening and don't get lead astray! Learn to identify the truth with Calvert Library. 

Laptops will be provided for those who register online before the event, but cannot be guaranteed for those who decide to drop in. Classes begin at 10am and 5:30 respectively, rooms are booked at earlier times to accommodate set up.
