Jonathan Lee is the Change Management and Communications Manager for Calvert County Government. Jonathan spearheaded the county’s first AI policy, helps teams understand and use AI responsibly, with practical guidance on workflows and guardrails. Jonathan is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) with ITIL Foundations certification and a PMP in progress, Jonathan blends disciplined change leadership with hands-on AI implementation, focusing on security, responsible use and measurable outcomes.
