It's a special Reading Buddies event! Teens are invited to listen as children read aloud to trained and licensed therapy dogs from Pets on Wheels! Young readers will take turns reading with the therapy dogs and teen volunteers. Earn a service learning hour while having fun and helping children with their reading skills.

It's a special Reading Buddies event! Children up to age 12 who read independently are invited to practice reading aloud to a trained and licensed therapy dog from Pets on Wheels! Dogs will sit or lie close and listen quietly as children read aloud to them, creating a calm and encouraging environment. It?s the ultimate in nonjudgmental support!
