On-the-Spot Assistance - Application for Private Health Insurance Plan

Join us from 3 PM to 6 PM to apply for health insurance though Maryland Health Connection!

Open enrollment is November 1st through January 15th.

During this time, Maryland residents, 65 and under, who are not enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, VA, or have an offer of employer sponsored health insurance may be eligible to apply. Our certified Navigators will help you identify the plans that meet your needs and budget.

Please bring the following information for each applicant:
Birth dates
Social Security Number or ITIN
Employer and income information
Citizenship or immigration information
Current enrollment identification
Photo ID


Following our Application Assistance Session stay for an insightful presentation where we’ll guide you through navigating health insurance options tailored to your needs.
