What do government programs like Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security look like in 2025? This free library program provides practical insight regrading recent changes to these programs and how they may impact your healthcare. With a background in both public health and law, Perneita Farrar will give insight to help you understand how recent changes may impact you and your family.
Perneita Farrar graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2022. After completing a clerkship with the District Court of Baltimore City, and passing the bar, she immediately launched a solo practice. Her practice focuses on estate planning and elder law, where she helps clients with creating effective estate plans, probate administration, asset protection, and Medicaid planning. Perneita brings her prior career experience in public health, and professional training to ensure that her clients are educated on the importance of protecting their assets while also promoting generational wealth. Prior to Law School she obtained a degree in Public Health from the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree in Education and Instructional Technology. Perneita has In depth knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid, Social Security and Disability rules and regulations.
