An informal educational session covering mortgage options. Offered both in person and on Zoom.

Join us for an educational session with an experienced mortgage officer. Jessica will break down how to qualify for a mortgage, what lenders look for, and how to choose the best mortgage for your needs. 

Jessica Sullivan is a licensed mortgage loan officer serving DC, MD, and VA, and the founder of her own financial consulting business. She has been a Finance Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer. She is a licensed mortgage loan officer for DC, MD and VA. Her dedication to understanding clients' needs and her meticulous attention to detail ensure that you will find the perfect solution tailored to your financial goals. She is also founder of Jessica Sullivan Consulting, and offers mortgage consultation, financial budgeting analysis, coaching, and recommendations for credit improvement. Jessica has also published two books: Money Mastery Workbook: Plan, Save, Grow and So You Want to Buy a Home.
